Wearing the Rainbow

I saw these in the local Walgreens and had to investigate...

Yes They are socks. Skittles socks. And at only $1 a pair! Now if you know me, you know I am a big Skittles fan, but do I really want to wear my candy preferences? On my feet?

Now I'm a little more used to M&M merch. In fact I one time even went to the M&M store on the strip in Las Vegas to get a peanut M&M keychain for my mother in law (who is a bit obsessed). I still think its a bit weird though. Oh I could see myself sporting a t-shirt, if I really liked a brand or it was like a cool retro logo or something, but these socks are... a bit tacky.

That said, I still picked up a pair of Skittles socks for my wife, Erica. What do you think...
