Even looking at the instructions I'm not totally sure I get it. So is it just a brownie or cake that you shape into a ball and then dip in frosting? I guess that must be it but I'm getting thrown off by the "cocoa confectionery wafers". That's just the frosting I think... I guess this is special frosting that has to be melted just right or something. Maybe its quick drying. You'd probably wan that with these things.
